Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement. Quotes are free and without obligation; the scope, timing and terms of any inspection are confirmed when a booking is made.

Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the client who commissions them, for the property and date inspected, and their contents and any limitations are set out in the report itself.
